Kazakhstan to Introduce Welfare-Based State Benefits from 2027

Starting January 1, 2027, Kazakhstan will assign state benefits based on family welfare and need. Approximately 2.2 million middle-class families, with per capita incomes between 203,000-305,000 tenge and owning property, vehicles, or small businesses, may fall into this category. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection stated that these families will not be restricted from 14 types of payments.
