Putin bans cash exports exceeding 1 million rubles to EAEU and other countries

Russian President Vladimir Putin has prohibited the export of cash exceeding 1 million rubles (approximately $11,887) from Russia to Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) member states, as well as Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. The decree also forbids legal entities and individual entrepreneurs from exporting any amount of cash to these countries.
