Kazakhstan Plans to Move Issuance of Individual Identification Numbers for Foreigners Online

Kazakhstan is nearing completion of its plan to move the top 10 most requested government services online, including the issuance of Individual Identification Numbers (IIN) for foreigners. First Vice Minister of Digital Development Rostislav Konyashkin stated that the IIN service for foreigners is currently under review for online transition. Additional services will also be available in self-service sectors at public service centers.
