Taliban Distributes Over 827,000 Electronic National ID Cards in Six Months

The Taliban announced the distribution of 827,060 electronic national identity cards, or e-Tazkiras, nationwide within the first six months of the current year. Of these, 600,546 were issued to men and 226,524 to women. Kabul saw the highest distribution with 232,996 cards.
