Kyrgyzstan introduces special order for state bond-financed construction projects

Kyrgyzstan's President has introduced a temporary special order for state treasury bonds used to finance construction, capital repair, and reconstruction. From February 1 to December 31, 2026, funds from bond placements will not be counted in the republican budget. Construction financing will occur outside the Unified Treasury Account and budget expenditures.
