Starting January 1, 2027, Kazakhstan will implement new rules for its Digital Family Card to assess family social well-being based on data from state and other digital systems. The system will automatically receive and update information on income, financial burdens, assets, employment, family composition, and health status. Government agencies must transmit updated data within one working day.
